The Job
Your job in the company will be to manage the group’s global recruitment process, mainly focusing on high level profiles in IT/Mathematics, however not limited to this. You will be assisted by senior engineers when it comes to technical screening, so prior experience in IT is not necessary, but is plus.
We are searching for someone with:
- Good knowledge and command of all recruitment channels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Basic understanding of the technical domains in which we operate
The profile
- Holds a Master’s degree preferably in HR Resources, Organizational Psychology or equivalent;
- Preferably 3 or more years’ experience in HR
- Ability to effectively manage others and work in a team-oriented environment
- Intuitive ability to prioritize the group’s business needs and resources
- Fluency in English and French are required. Any other language is a bonus.
